Welcome to St. Louis Sinus Center

Sinus and allergy problems can affect far more than your breathing. Constant congestion, pressure around the eyes, drainage that never stops, and allergy flare-ups can leave you tired, distracted, and frustrated. For many individuals in the St. Louis area, these issues become a normal part of life—even when they shouldn’t be.

Seasonal changes, Midwest humidity, pollen, and indoor allergens all contribute to persistent symptoms. Over time, many people rely on repeated antibiotics, sprays, or antihistamines without ever learning what’s actually causing the problem.

At St. Louis Sinus Center, we focus on helping individuals understand the underlying factors behind their sinus, allergy, and sleep-related symptoms. Through clear evaluation and thoughtful care recommendations, we offer options that may support long-term symptom relief for some patients, depending on diagnosis and response to treatment.

null

Sinus Care

Support for chronic infections, congestion, drainage, and structural issues that impact daily breathing.

null

Allergy Care

Evaluation and management of seasonal and environmental allergies that may trigger sinus inflammation and persistent symptoms.

null

General ENT Care

Evaluation and care for a range of ear, nose, and throat concerns — including nasal obstruction, throat irritation, snoring, and related airway symptoms.

null

Balloon Sinus Dilation

Balloon sinuplasty is a minimally invasive technique that uses a small balloon catheter to gently widen select sinus passages.

null

Deviated Septum

The nasal septum is a thin wall that separates your right and left nasal cavities. Ideally, it is situated in the center of your nose.

null

Immunotherapy

If you suffer from allergic rhinitis or allergic asthma, allergy shots and drops are a great option to decrease or, in some cases, completely relieve your allergic reactions to allergens.

Sinus and Allergy Care

In St. Louis, Missouri

Many individuals don’t realize that recurring sinus infections, constant congestion, and year-round drainage may be signs of blocked sinus passages or ongoing inflammation. These issues often linger and may escalate over time, affecting sleep, daily comfort, and overall well-being.

At St. Louis Sinus Center, each patient begins with a detailed evaluation that may include:

  • ENT examination
  • Nasal endoscopy
  • MiniCAT sinus CT scan
  • Allergy testing
  • Home sleep testing (when appropriate)

These tools help us determine what’s contributing to your symptoms so we can build a plan that fits your needs. Common concerns we assist with include:

  • Frequent sinus infections
  • Facial pressure and discomfort
  • Nasal blockage or difficulty breathing
  • Ongoing post-nasal drip
  • Chronic allergies (seasonal or environmental)
  • Snoring and sleep-related breathing issues

If you’ve tried sprays, medications, or repeated antibiotics without improvement, additional treatment options may be available depending on your condition. Results vary for each patient.

Balloon Sinus Dilation: A Less Invasive Option

For individuals who qualify, balloon sinus dilation may offer a less invasive option for relieving certain sinus symptoms. Your provider can determine candidacy based on evaluation.

This in-office procedure gently widens blocked sinus pathways to encourage natural drainage. It involves no cutting or removal of tissue.

Some patients may experience shorter recovery times than with traditional sinus surgery. Individual recovery experiences vary.

Not all patients are candidates, and results differ from person to person.
