Everyone there is so kind! So personable and realistic with everything they tell you. I had allergy testing while there and they talked to me while waiting and got me water. When I had my surgery the doctor talked to me the whole way through telling me exactly what he was doing. When I forgot to take a medication before my procedure they didn’t make it a big deal and gave me what I needed. I would 100% recommend them to anybody I know.

My single regret is that I didn’t come here sooner! From the moment I stepped foot into the gorgeous office, I felt welcomed and at ease. My mind was blown by the in office mini CT scan! It was really cool to see from the inside out what my issues are. The exam was unlike any ENT exam I’ve had before. It was actually comfortable. No nasty nasal numbing spray needed! If you are like me and have sinus issues with a cabinet full of sprays, gadgets, and medications that haven’t really helped in the past, it’s time to make an appointment to see what they can do for you. I promise, it’s worth it! Follow up as I've now had a procedure. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this office is truly remarkable. I had endoscopic sinus surgery in 2017 through another provider and it was an ordeal! The procedure Dr. Gould performed was an absolute piece of cake in comparison. The staff really made me feel at ease and did everything possible to make it as painless as can be. I’m a couple of days post op and so far, so good! They’ve even called me to check in and make sure I was doing ok. I look forward to continuing my care with them. I know I’m in good hands with the team.

Dr. Gould is a true miracle worker!!! Nurse practitioner Maggie was amazing for my consultation!!! Also, every one else on his team gave me excellent attention and care. It felt like I had a nail in the right side of my nose. That nagging pain is GONE. I will forever be grateful. 🙌🏼😊🙏🏼
