My experience at the St. Louis Sinus Center was outstanding! Dr. Gould and the staff there are just wonderful to deal with. I suffered for a decade with major sinus issues. Dr. Gould got me in immediately for surgery and took care of the issues. I highly recommend them!

After years of struggling with multiple month sinus infections over the winter months as well as everyday allergies, I finally made an appointment to see Dr Gould from Jeff Burton with the Rizzuto show. I met with him for consultation and had allergy testing showing I had high allergies along with the sinus issues which were cause by a narrowing in my nose. I started allergy shots and had ballon sinus dilation about a month later in the middle of COVID and Dr Gould and his staff took every precaution to take the best care of me considering all of the additional COVID precautions. The surgery went well with some pain but the next day I was already breathing much better while sleeping. I Didn't think that the surgery would help with that but I am now over 5 months post surgery and I have no sinus infections and few sneezes a few times a week. I am breathing much better and having fewer allergy attacks all within the last 6 months. Love Dr Gould and all of his staff are amazing and so very helpful!

My husband and I recently had Septoplasty and balloon sinus dilation with Dr James Gould. .He repaired his this July, and shortly after healing my husband said he’s never felt this great in his life. And no more snoring!!!! This then pushed me to get in; I was always tired, always low energy, nasal drainage and cough daily, difficulty breathing with everything I’d do, chronic sinus infections for 10+ years of my life, etc. Turned out I had a severely deviated septum that was limiting my air flow and I never knew it. They have a CT/allergy testing in office. And after a quick review of our test results pre-op, Dr. Gould and his PA knew EXACTLY what we both needed to fix us. I had my Septoplasty and balloon dilation done on 9/25/2020. I am still healing, recovery is mild, but I can notice a huge difference and finally can sleep without taking a sleep aid , have the energy and positivity back in my life because I’m finally getting the airflow /O2 I need ! Dr. Gould & Staff did wonders for my husband and I! Everyone there is very efficient setting up all our appointments , always very nice and helpful, and the office is very clean and beautiful. I made a consultation here finally after years of sinus and allergy problems. Dr. Gould and his staff knew exactly the treatment I needed and what to do to prevent future problems. I had to have a surgery, and as this was my first surgery, Dr. Gould and his staff made me feel at ease and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this office and wish I made an appointment sooner.

I'm EXTREMELY impressed with Dr. Steitz and his team! I have been wanting an otoplasty for years due to prominent ears bothering me my whole life. I met with (and received quotes from) several surgeons around STL and even in KC & Chicago. I didn't feel 100% comfortable with anyone until I met Dr. Steitz. His price was fair but most importantly he was extremely attentive to listening to what I wanted while also being conservative in his approach to achieve the most natural result (which I really appreciated!) This is exactly what I was looking for and I actually booked my surgery with him before leaving the office. I'm now about 6 weeks post-op and I'm SO happy with the results! Surgery was super comfortable under local anesthesia and recovery was nearly painless. I would honestly do it again a million times. I can't sing enough of his praises!

I had a balloon dilation procedure... scared to death! The staff put my mind at ease, as they prepped me. Dr. Dould is amazing, very kind to me. Walked me through the process, which helped with my anxiety!! I was surprised how fast the procedure took! After the procedure, you feel like you have a severe sinus infection! But im used to that! I've suffered from chronic sinusitis for years! I'm very pleased in the outcome of the treatment I received. Thank you to all the staff & Dr. Dould in taking good care of me!!!
