Dr. Gould and his staff were great leading up to, during, and following my balloon sinus dilation procedure. I had been suffering since just before 2019 Superbowl in February and gone to multiple urgent cares, primary care physician, been through 6 rounds of antibiotics, and then I was referred to an ENT with bad reviews. I had heard Dr. Gould and Synergy/STL Sinus center advertised on 105.7 the point KPNT and seen the STL Sinus Center Billboard on I-55N, so I did some research online. Upon reading the reviews and learning about the procedure, I scheduled an initial consultation with Dr. Gould. After a CT confirmed how blocked my sinuses were, Dr. Gould confirmed I was a good candidate for the surgery. I was concerned about the cost, but I decided it had to be done. I had my surgery September 18th, 2019, and I cannot emphasize enough how much relief I have experienced. The procedure was not bad or too painful - it turns out I had 6 blocked sinuses and multiple nasal polyps that Dr. Gould was able to remove as well. I sleep better, I breathe better, am coughing up less and less drainage each day, and I have a follow up appointment to check my allergies in a couple weeks. They set me up on a very reasonable payment plan for my surgery, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Stop Suffering and Go See Dr. Gould!!! You won't regret it.
