Had sinus surgery just over a year ago and now been through the four seasons. What a blessing, to breathe so freely! The staff is very attentive and thoughtful. Thank you!

The office is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the providers are very knowledgeable. Spending time anywhere else at 20 minutes twice a week doing immunotherapy would be a chore, but in this office it's just a nice errand I need to run.

Dr. Gould is motivated to understand his patient's needs. He wants to correctly address the patients issue rather than simply trying a procedure to see what the impact is. The staff is friendly and they operate efficiently to mitigate long wait times. I’ve had two sinus procedures performed by Dr. Gould and his bed side manner is a model all doctors should strive for.

Dr. Gould and his staff were very professional and polite. I have been experiencing chronic sinus infections for six months and, after 5 rounds of ineffective antibiotics, I am going to have the balloon sinus dilation performed next month. I look forward to being able to breathe again without constant nose blowing, coughing, shortness of breath, nasty discharge, and restless sleep. I will post another review post-recovery.

The allergy ladies who give the injections are the best! The whole allergy injection process is organized and efficient AND they work with you!!! You pick the time and day for your injection. They give you a monthly schedule of when and what times they give injections each day of each week. You go in sometime that week during those times, walk in and go straight to the allergy shot area. They give the shot and a timer. You sit down in the waiting area, at that section, and when it goes off you leave. If you need and ENT and have allergy problems...this is the place to go.

The staff at Synergy ENT Specialists is extremely competent, super helpful, and very caring. My doctors, Dr. Gould and Dr Steitz, are skilled at listening and show compassion for whatever my problem is that day. Dr Gould is awesome. He is always smiling and never hurries through an exam. I feel I am important to him. Dr. Steitz did a fabulous job on my eyes and brows. I had a vision of what I wanted and the results were mu ch better than I could have imagined. I can see again and don't look like I am always frowning. Both doctors are truly amazing. Thank you thank you for being my doctors. Jan
