If you are googling to find the best ENT in the St Louis area (or period really), look no further. That's what I did and I am so glad that I decided to go to Dr. Gould at the St Louis Sinus Center. Dr. Gould and his staff are amazing. As soon as I walked in the office I was confident that I made the right choice in doctor/staff/facility. Never once have I felt like I was just another chart. They legit care about making you be able to breath better. I went in knowing my sinus' were impacted and allergies played a lot into that. They worked so well with my insurance and made sure that I knew all my options. I pretty much knew what Dr. Gould was going to tell me I needed and that was the balloon procedure and deviated septum surgery so I was not surprised when he suggested them. I did not feel pressured into doing either of them. If you are looking for someone to suggest holistic methods, go to one of those doctors. Don't get upset when am amazing doctor and surgeon says what he feels would be best for you...that's what you're going to them for in the first place. They got me scanned and set up with surgery in no time. They made sure that I had all my questions answered and made sure that I got in before the end of the year so that it wouldn't count against 2019 deductible. Love that! I opted to go with the suggested allergy testing because I figured if I'm going through all this to breath better I might as well try correcting the rest of my troubles as well. Its only been a few months but I feel like for me, i can tell a difference because I don't need to take allergy meds everyday. Surgery at Twin Cities Surgery Center in Festus went so good, it was awesome and I cannot say enough amazing things about the facility and their staff as well. I also have a valve collapse that Dr. Steitz is going to fix. I've only seen him once so far but he was awesome as well. He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I am just as confident in him as well. I recommend them both highly to my coworkers that are thinking about doing allergy/sinus related corrections. The allergy staff is super awesome and helpful. I just love this place and the staff.

Dr Gould extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Good bedside manner and courteous to his staff. Staff extremely nice and professional. The entire office is very efficient as well.
