From my first appointment through the balloon sinuplasty and then allergy testing, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The procedure recovery was awful but they did a good job of prepping me for that and helping me with some lingering issues. The NP I have is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. The nurse who did my allergy testing was one of the kindest nurses I’ve ever encountered and she knows her stuff! I can’t think of a negative thing to say about any of the individuals I’ve dealt with here. If you do balloon sinuplasty, I can’t emphasize enough about following all of the post procedure rules they give you. It sucks but makes your post op appointment much less uncomfortable. I’m sure it’s important to the overall healing process as well. No one wants to do two sinus rinses per day for 8 weeks but it’s part of the process and the people at St. Louis Sinus Center do an amazing job of explaining the process.

The staff were very nice and found my issue right away. Booking the appointment was very easy. Morgan took the time to not only show me what’s going on with video and pictures, but to explain the best option to fix it. She also answered all my questions. Overall amazing staff and highly recommend for anyone with sinus issues!

I didn’t have to wait in the reception area very long. I checked in, sat down, and I was called back that fast. Once I was in the exam room, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen either. After the nurse finished with me, she left. It wasn’t even two minutes and the provider came in. He had solutions for my problems, too. I really like Synergy ENT
