Dr. Gould was patient, answered all my questions, and explained all aspects of the procedure. During the procedure, Dr. Gould told me exactly what he was going to do, which alleviated any stress on my part. I would strongly recommend Dr. Gould. In fact, I will now be sending my son to Dr. Gould for the same procedure.

I had a deviated septum and needed balloon dialation in addition to weekly allergy shots. This place, the staff and Dr Gould by far exceeded my expectations with both surgeries. Very kind, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and upbeat. Highly recommend to anyone needing any of these procedures. I don't normally leave reviews, but hands down they deserved the review. Synergy in Festus and the St. Louis Sinus Center in Frontenac are great. The staff, and especially P.A. Cynthia Emily have been great helping my special needs brother with his ears/hearing.
