Synergy in Festus and the St. Louis Sinus Center in Frontenac are great. The staff, and especially P.A. Cynthia Emily have been great helping my special needs brother with his ears/hearing. His quality of life is so much better. Cynthia and the staff always have patience, smiles, and hugs for him. Great folks!!

Just had septoplasty and balloon sinuplasty done, and am already feeling better. Dr. Gould and his staff took good care of me and provided me with exams and options which were never presented to me at other ENT offices. Because of their thoroughness it was found I would benefit from the surgery, and I got booked within two weeks. Dr. Gould is a master when it comes to septoplasty and is a pioneer in balloon sinuplasty, and it shows. The staff, from the Administration to the assistants to the nurses are all terrific and very welcoming and sweet. Shout out to Kaitlin who assisted the doctor during my balloon sinuplasty. She explained everything and answered my questions, and provided some light humor to keep me relaxed. I'm so impressed with STL Sinus Center and would recommend it to everyone. There are plenty of ENTs in "world renowned" hospitals in town, but don't waste your time. Go here first. I just wish I'd had saved time all these years and found them earlier! Thank you Dr. Gould for making me feel so much better.

From my first visit to my follow up post-surgery, the staff and Dr. Gould were nothing but professional, friendly, and calming. Everyone seems in good spirits and ready to answer all your questions. Dr. Gould is one of the only doctors I've had who actually listens to your problems and spells out a plan to resolve your issues. He's very thorough with the evaluations: I had a scope in my nose for a primary evaluation, then a CT scan which showed a deviated septum, and an allergy test to account for environmental allergies. His goal is to hit all the bases and get you feeling "normal" again. I've had other ENTs who didn't get anywhere near this thorough, so this was a wonderful change. Today was my balloon sinuplasty and Kaitlin was instrumental in making me feel comfortable, listening to my questions, and providing a few laughs to help me relax. I highly recommend St. Louis Sinus Center and the staff. You'll be very glad you went!
